Lady Patty & Epiphany Join the Chesapeake Gateways Network
We’re excited to be featured in What’s Up? Media following the announcement that both Lady Patty, our historic 1935 wooden ketch, and Epiphany, our modern Leopard 44 catamaran, have officially joined the Chesapeake Gateways Network, a partnership program administered by the National Park Service.
The Chesapeake Gateways Network connects more than 300 special places throughout the Chesapeake Bay watershed where visitors can experience the region’s history, culture, natural beauty, and maritime heritage. We’re honored to have both of our vessels become part of that story and to represent St. Michaels from the water.
As GM shared in the article, Lady Patty and Epiphany offer two very different ways to experience the Chesapeake—one celebrating more than 90 years of sailing history and the other offering a modern way to explore the Bay. Together, they allow us to share a little of both the history and future of the Chesapeake with our guests.
